‘An average guy with a 9-5, tryna make some gains’
Hi everyone, welcome to my fitness blog. I’m starting this page as an extension of my Instagram where I’ve been sharing my fitness journey.
I first got into the gym when I was around 16 due to being extremely self conscious about my body. I would wear long sleeve tops all year round to hide my skinny arms. Up until about 6 months ago (Oct 2017), I was very on and off with the gym and my fitness definitely took a back seat. Cue the relationship weight gain.
Last October, I started up my Instagram page to not only track, but share my journey back into fitness. Since then, I’ve been working out/running 4-5 times a week and although I’m not where I want to be, I’m definitely becoming more confident in myself. I hope to use this space to help others who might be in a similar situation.
