My Goals For 2018

I’ve had a few people asking about my goals for 2018 so here they are.. I’ve split them up between running, gym and general. Some are harder to achieve than others but I think it’s important to have a range of difficulties otherwise I know I’ll get bored and lose motivation. This is only a short post but I’ll write where I’m currently at for each goal as of today (05/04/2018).


Run a sub 2 hour half marathon

– Currently 2:20 (hobbling half the way)

Run a sub 50 minute 10k

– Currently 51:36

Run my first Parkrun (tough I know)


Bench 100kg

– Currently 70kg

Squat 100kg

– Currently 70kg


1500 followers on Instagram

– Currently 544

1500 views on my blog

– Currently 275

Weigh in at 13.7 stone

– Currently 13.13 stone

Read 5 books

– Currently 0

Launch the first products for Piranha Sports

Collaborate with someone on my blog

I’ll probably end up doing an updated goals post half way through the year as I’ll hopefully hit some of these in the next few months.

Comment below/on my Instagram post some of your goals for 2018, both fitness and non-fitness related, I’d be interested to hear them. I’ve run out of data until Wednesday so if I don’t reply for a while it’s just a lack of wifi.
